My notes centre creates you a tree-structure navigation and excellent word editing function, which makes it a good note manager for ones to make notes in detail and vividly. With enough time you can insert pictures and links to your notes. Maybe this is good for some business using, or for ones who do not need make record in a hurry. Of course you can neglect this time-consuming function, with its tree-structure navigation you can aim to exact note in a short time.
The best thing My Notes Centre designs is to customize your note categories and create their child-categories as many as you like. On the other hand, if you have no idea for sorting your notes, this software may be not suitable for you, and you can try other programs we introduce you later. Other bad thing for My Note Centre is to view notes. Although tree structure navigation is setting for you, you can’t view all you daily notes, monthly notes, yearly notes or notes by projections. About this function, Noto Personal Organizer and EfficientPIM are better than it.
Noto Personal Organizer is cute and beautiful online notebook. In my opinion, I like it just because it is as vivid as a real notebook and page turning, contacts, calendars, all of them are the same as using a real notebook in real world. Well, it must be very popular to those with childhood.
No training are necessary for any one and no curiosity can be attracted after using several times. Due to notebook it is, you can’t design your own sorting. You just need put down right things at right place, and new things such as diary, interested subject collections are not supported. You can set a alarm to remind you of your task at right time but you can’t record you experience in a long text, because it is just a notebook, not a diary book! Even there are other items, such as calculator, games, maps and more, it is not a comprehensive note book for you if you want to make all tasks and personal information in a notebook.
At the end, some things are about EfficientPIM. At the first glance, I thought I open my Microsoft Outlook.
The whole layouts of both are quite similar. According to the table at the first of this article you can see its functions are more than both of My Notes Centre and Note Personal Organizer. Its shortage is the same as Noto Persoanl Organizer: can’t customize your own categories. Another question is about Calendar. Maybe author think the author considers it good to drag its scroll bar and view a variety of months easily. While I frequently dragging the scroll bar unintentionally and I don’t know the exact month it presents. Boring scroll bar, why not clear up this function? If so the calendar will be much easier to understand.
