PowerPoint slides sometimes can’t be played when you make presentation on computer. You can only play PowerPoint slides in Microsoft PowerPoint environment. Even if you have installed Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or lower versions on computer, you are not able to play pptx files as a result of Microsoft Office version incompatibility.
In additional, we need to upload your presentation to itunes or Facebook occasionally. However, most of time we are not allowed to add PowerPoint slides as attachments directly. How about flash? We can upload flash to web page. What’s more, flash player is small and you can install it in a short time. In other words, almost all computers can play flash presentation. Why not convert PowerPoint slides into flash files? We have tried a new PowerPoint converter: Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional and we tried it in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, and then review it as follow:
1.Where is the Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional
Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional is installed as an add-in of PowerPoint. It inserts a tab menu “PPT2Flash Professional” at the end of the ribbon. There are 5 function groups in it. ( See figure 2)

2.The image quality of output flash is perfect
The images’ quality is as clear as normal ones in PowerPoint slides. Comparing with other PowerPoint converters, Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional does well in images (see figure 3 and click this picture to see larger one). It allows us to set up output images’ properties. Set up frame rate, flash size and image quality. Perfect image make us believe it may be a good converter. Will it be good? (See figure 4)
3.Audio in output flash is not outstanding
Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional allows us to add audio files to flash and setting background music for the wholel slides or signal slide. Following the perfect feel about image quality, we expect better audio in conscious. Maybe we expect much! The audio is not outstanding. It is difficult to find out an audio file that its duration can match out flash playing duration except that we ripper this audio file. It will be perfect if Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional can deal with attached audio’s duration and match it to our output flash.

4.Converting speed and output flash size
Generally speaking, Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional converts PowerPoint quickly. Due to it embedding in ribbon, we can convert as long as open that PowerPoint files at first. Therefore, it is not possible to batch converting by this software. Converting one PowerPoint file each time is not slow.
Attachment will not affect converting duration but output size. See detail test about converting duration and output size here. The output flash size is smaller than original PPT file without attachments.
