Wondershare PPT2FLASH Pro highlights its converting function, and makes converting fast and high-quality. What is more, in Normal Mode the flash size is smaller the original presentation files. Apart from this main important function, Wondershare also pays attention to some helpful functions to make better flashes. Some of them may be helpful for converting and output flashes.
1. Publish styles
Wondershare allows us to publish flash on computer, publish flash for LMS, and publish flash as email. No matter which styles you select, output flashes will be saved on your computer. All tests that we carried out before are “publish on computer”. After converting, you can send output flashes via email or view online or open output folder. During our test, we found out one problem: “send presentation via email” is invalid without Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

2. Flash templates
There are 5 kinds of templates arranged for us. And we are able to adjust template color and modify logo and author information and more. While, in our trying, we found that the logo modifying table is the same as that of author Info, and there is no any differences. We uninstall and then reinstall for several time, and adjust template styles, but the results do not change. We really do not understand why. In additional, if we carry on “video narration skin” template, even we do not add any video and disable video info, a blank area with watermark of “video” is still on the interface of flash player.
3. Slide structure
By this function, we are allowed to rename slides. This is perfect, because MS PowerPoint will name slides with numbers by default, and renaming is invalid. Another function is reordering slides. In our opinion, this in somewhat not necessary, in MS PowerPoint we can adjust slide order by dragging. Why not take advantage of resource of PowerPoint as an add-in of PowerPoint?
Branching and leafing slides is an excellent idea, however, the only result in playing output flash is so little that we think we may forget setting branches. What a pity! We should fully use it, such as setting background music for branch.
4. Add attachments
We are allowed to add no more than 5 attachments to each slide. Nevertheless, it is possible to view attachments in player only with template of Video Narration Skin. Attachments are invisible in other templates.
We must to tell you that it is shining when we select a slide from slide list, the edit area of PowerPoint will skip to that slides, interesting and funny?
5. Import Audio
One audio file for one slide. Only two options for us: background music for the whole presentation, and background music for each slide. Not bad! It will be perfect if we can add background for branches as what we talk about in slide structure.

In general Wondershare PPT2Flash Pro is an excellent PowerPoint slides converter. What impresses me is high quality and smaller size of output flashes. Either importing background music nor adding attachments, the software author deploy comprehensive features to help us make wonderful flashes.
